Split a string by a string

array **explode** string $separator string $string int $limit

Returns an array of strings, each of which is a substring of formed by splitting it on boundaries formed by the string . string``separator

separatorThe boundary string.

stringThe input string.

limit If is set and positive, the returned array will contain a maximum of elements with the last element containing the rest of . limit``limit``string

   If the  parameter is negative, all components
   except the last - are returned.
