Verify then decrypt with AES-256-GCM. Only available if returns true. sodium_crypto_aead_aes256gcm_is_available

ciphertext Must be in the format provided by (ciphertext and tag, concatenated). sodium_crypto_aead_aes256gcm_encrypt

additional_dataAdditional, authenticated data. This is used in the verification of the authentication tag appended to the ciphertext, but it is not encrypted or stored in the ciphertext.

nonceA number that must be only used once, per message. 12 bytes long.

keyEncryption key (256-bit).

Returns the plaintext on success, return.falseforfailure.
