Get the local time
array **localtime** $timestamp bool $associative
The function returns an array
identical to that of the structure returned by the C function
call.
localtime
associativeDetermines whether the function should return a regular, numerically indexed array,
or an associative one.
If is set to false or not supplied then
the array is returned as a regular, numerically indexed array.
If is set to true then
returns an associative array containing
the elements of the structure returned by the C
function call to localtime.
The keys of the associative array are as follows:
