Opens a bzip2 compressed file

 **bzopen**  $file string $mode

opens a bzip2 () file for reading or

writing. bzopen

fileThe name of the file to open, or an existing stream resource.

mode The modes (read), and (write) are supported. Everything else will cause to return false. 'r'``'w'``bzopen

If the open fails, returns false, otherwise it returns a pointer to the newly opened file. bzopen
